NO internet connection after weeks of back and forth

After over 2 weeks of getting the CPE installed into my home from Vuma, now - I can't even get Afrihost to use their infrastructure as the connection is incomplete - according to Afrihost. I've been sent from pillar to post between Vuma and Afrihost as everyone blames the next person. There is a general lack of urgency from Afrihost -I've used your whatsapp assistance, spoke over the phone, nd even went to your buildings and I keep being told it will take 48 hours - well its 4 days counting now. Afrihost still isnt able for some reason to figure out whether it is lan or not to connect.

I still don't have internet connection - - Now I'm resorting to have to drive there myself.

BTW - STILL NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!
