No internet connection

Previously with Afrihost I experience exelant servive but the last week have shown me that if you don't complain service is overrated. My fibre line was installed by fibrehoods on Wednesday and i still have no internet. As a already paying customer of Afrihost I expect that the service would be as usual. But unfortunately after about 10 emails and numerous phone calls that is costing me money I'm still sitting with the problem. Every time I get a response Afrihost say that its a problem with fibrehoods but as a service provider you expect that they would try to manage my quiry asap. But still nothing.
