No internet because of misinformation
I really struggled to cancel my line with Telkom . It took many days of calling and holding and emails to cancel my line. Afrihost said I must cancel my internet with Telkom AND my line because they take over my line rental.<br> I was told many times that they take over my line rental. MANY Times. <br> After i mannaged to stop telkom from taking my money my internet was shut off and I realised that I should actually pay line rental to telkom! Now they call it voice line rental. Nobody explained this to me at afrihost. It took me 4 months to cancel my line completely with Telkom. I was misinformed

Just wanting to confirm, as discussed on the phone you will still be liable to Telkom for voice line rental as we will only be able to manage the DSL portion of the line.
