no internet and no resolution or ETA in sight

Would not recommend Afrihost or Metrofibre to my worst enemy!!!! Support sucks, no communications to clients and they will have you running in circles for weeks before getting a problem sorted out.

Internet has been down for 5 days now and neither Metrofibre nor Afrihost can figure out why and how to fix it.

They have replaced my ONT and now can not get the new one connected. It took them 3 days to get someone out to my place and even after that there is no fix for this.

apparently my case has now been escalated to maintenance... now what does that mean exactly? Good question, no one knows and no one cares.
