No internet 3 weeks, 5 months and no take over

We are very unhappy, between Afrihost and Telkom nothing is being done. We are now in week 3 of no internet! We requested Afrihost to takeover our line and that is not happening. Debit orders are going off with no service. Now the first month the debit order failed and we got 2 emails!!!! If only you gave the service to earn that money? Why is nothing being done? I am so tired of the word "it has been escalated" Seriously you can only give us that answer?
