No internet

This is about Afrihost and their failure to provide a stable Internet connection for the last month further? This morning a little ...... at AH tells me It must be me unplugging my telephone line? It is still as if my internet connection gets switched off at night and all Afrihost says is WE DONT KNOW. A 8mb line that was working great for years no works at 0.00, 0.02, 4.00 2.00 then back to 0.00 etc, we cannot use the internet anymore as it just boms out while you are busy. I have no DSTV or SABC, streaming tv via netflix is almost impossible from 9 o'clock, streaming with Kodi is totally impossible. Best of all I received my account, and if I do not pay I will get disconnected, disconnected from what if I may ask? They truly want to be paid, no matter that I have spend a lot of money on 3G data so that I can work and telephone calls to AH. Afrihost's attitude is WHO CARES,WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY AND YOU BETTER SEE TO IT THAT YOU PAY US
