No Installation, 2 months later

I app**** for fibre with yourselves on 14 July 2017. I have been sending mails to your and Vumatels support mailboxes, as well as asking for assistance on Facebook but to date NOBODY has contacted me to tell me when I can expect installation. Every reply on Facebook is someone asking for my details, which I have sent twice now, then a response to say you will look in to it and then radio silence until I have to comment again. Fibre is active in my area - so I dont see what the holdup is. Its nearly 2 months later and I am running out of patience. I expect someone to call me before the end of this week with an installation date.
