No infrastructure to render the promised service

<p>Just over two weeks ago I signed up for Afrihost's fibre service. About three days later i received an sms that the service provider, TT Connect would be in contact. After a week I contacted TT Connect and they said they would revert. This did not happen and I then contacted Afrihost. Afrihost had huge difficulty in making contact with TT Connect but when they did, they were informed it would take 6 weeks for the fibre to be linked to my premises. I thereafter spoke to three (3) fibre providers in my area who all said they could do it in 72 hours. So the question is, why is Afrihost so bad at picking service providers and why don't they at ALL care that their service providers provide such poor service. I would def not recomment Afrihost Fibre at this point in time - they are hugely overselling a service they can't yet render.</p>
