No idea what they are doing

<p>Very very slow internet for a month, opened a call with Afrihost as they manage my internet and line. Have escaleted with them daily and have dealt with their critical care team for the last two weeks. They have told me every day for the last month that they cannot do anything as telkom is to blame. Just tested a free 7 day adsl account with MWeb and the speed is 4 times faster than Afrihost. Lets see if they reimburse me for all the time lost.</p>
