no HOSTing happening in AfriHOST

If your name has HOST in it, but you can't even host emails, why ??? Our emails are a problem every 2-3 months and every time it happens, we have to call them to get it fixed. How is it possible that Afrihost is still in business with this overwhelmingly bad service.
