No Honesty and Transparency.

Today marks 2 weeks of me not having internet, going back and forth with the consultants and not getting the help I need. I’m utterly disgusted about this unexplained delay of getting my fibre running… PURPLE FOREST is just pure nonsense I do not recommend.

Yesterday I was promised activation, but never won. Today I get told it will take 24 to 48 hours… crazy part is this has been going on for 2 weeks now, all I get is lies/empty promises

Would be much better if they were clear from the get go that this will take a whole year instead of getting my hopes high for nothing, paying them but still having to make other means to have internet.
