No help, Or no Response

I have had failed payments on my account but the service was always paid manually, The Web pages was stopped including clients. We have had numerous calls as well as emails to reapply for service. I have been promised That "wendy nobo" will call me to resolve but I have no call yet, in the meanwhile my client cannot send emails or recieve. They are stubborn and have their rules and there is no way I can talk to Wendy Nobo to resolve issues. Afrihost has many promises and little results, I would not recommend them for anything. I already went away from them in the ADSL section and hosting seems to be the same, No help... Look elsewhere for Service
