No help from customer care 1 Grid and Afrihost they dont care

All of this hosting web services in south africa are the worst but the worst of them all is Afrihost customer service, i made a transfer of my domain because of poor service from 1 Grid now Afrihost is doing the same thing please anyone who is considering of signing up with this 2 hosting services please dont ever look for an alternative 1Grid and Afrihost their the worst, they dont atttend to your issue no matter how much you pay you are of no value to them but just another cash *** their milking
