No fibre installation with vumatel & afrihost

Still trying to get an installion done through afrihost and vumatel. Going into week 3 with no internet. Afrihost sevice is terrible in prioritising my vumatel installation and getting it done for me. I would recommend to rather use open serve and another isp. Vumatel contractor requires proof of payment. Afrihost account department not willing to make up front payment for vumatel contractor depsite advertising that they will pay for fibre installation. Vumatel first need payment before doing the installation. This leaves me without fibre and this is terrible service! False advertising!!!
