No fibre in complex

I have tried to get fibre since July 25. Each time I call I get a different story from Afrihost. I have now actually proved to them that another unit in the complex has fibre from Afrihost and they are connected with a 100mb line. Even after this I am still getting the run around and being told that there is no fibre. They seem to base this on what I can only describe as BULL****!
