No Fibre for days , Benoni Area

if I could review Afrihost it would be a -10. Our whole complex that used Afrihost is down for 7 days now!! Other ISP are up and running, but not Afrihost and if you phone them you wait in a hectic que or the email support response in 1 or 2 days later if ever!!! The support you get from them is non exciting, I know more about the Fibre system than they do. This was never the problem with Afrihost they were on top man, the best , best service , best support and looks like management has made a change or something, but I cancelled my Fibre with them as I need to work man!!!
