NO FIBRE FOR 5 DAYS - Lies as excuses

We have fiber through Afrihost. Friday 23/1 at 12:00 our internet went off. We have been calling and emailing and messaging Afrihost, they keep stating that the provider Openserve has an outage. All my neighbors have internet connection. No concrete answers are provided apart from that they cannot contact Openserve. and that they have to wait for Openserve. We still have to wait and that there is no SLA. How can THEIR provider not have a contact number to log a call? To send out a technician or to give an SLA?? This is the most terrible service I have EVER encountered with simply no help or assistance!!!
