No fibre for 3 days

Good day We have been with out fibre in 3/3/2025, @ 9:18 in Evans park, Corwen road In the morning. To date nothing has been done. They claim that there technicians are working, and still don’t have a resolution. It can’t take you 3 days find out what is the problem. Hire someone that understands the job. Hire people with experience. They don’t notify you that the service is down. They don’t even give you a refund or extra data for the inconvenience. It’s becoming a problem. This has been happening since last year December, without fail. They are in professional. My cameras are not working, if there is a break in… we won’t know ****… I will hold Afrihost accountable.. Handle you business or you will lose clients!!!!
