No fibre for 3 days

We moved homes and connected with afrihost . After 2 weeks we were in the new home, we have no fibre. I have children that need fibre for school and for writing varsity exams. I have informed them and they have not yet come back to us. They blame TT connect and TT connect blames them. Still no fibre after 3 days
