No fibre activation, No feedback from Afrihost - Worst ISP Award needed

How did Afrihost win ISP of the year 6 times? I have done an order for Fibre weeks ago, the Vuma technician came and changed the CPE as we are in an apartment, but I still cannot get the order to be processed as complete and Afrihost is giving no feedback on this matter, I have been waiting weeks now, my wife works from home so stable internet connection is critical for us but I am not getting any joy from Afrihost as my selected ISP, I really regret doing this order through them. Be very careful if you're considering using them.
