No feedback or assistance

<p>I have been struggling for 2 months trying to get assistance from Afrihost with my fibre connection. Only once have they sent someone from Openserve to connect my fibre, they showed up and couldnt do anything and said they would need to send someone more senior, 2 weeks later and no one has ever conacted me agian from Openserve or Afrihost even though i have logged a query. Afrihost just seems to ignore all my correspondence and i never hear anything from them. I have never encountered such poor customer service!!!</p>
