No feedback on numerous emails sent to support

We have received our router from Afrihost. An email was sent to enquire when / how (I do not know how these things work) they would send someone to activate the fibre line that runs up to our front door. The only feedback received was how to set up the internet on our computer - this means my query was not read properly and when sending follow up emails - no response.
