No feedback on issues

This is now my last resort as I get no feedback from Afrihost on multipal issues I have. The Fibre is not working, their mobile data I would not recommend and do not ask difficult questions to support, they will cut you off. I had it with them, they are now on the same level as Telkom for me. Best of all is they invoice me for service they cannot get running!!!
