No Feedback after 10 days!!

Hope you are well. I've been struggling to get feedback from Afrihost from the 6th of August.

I've been a client of Afrihost for 7 years. Cancelled my service whilst waiting for Telkom to install my new ADSL line at my new address.

I've followed up with Support on why I need to resubmit my FICA documents. to no avail on any feedback.

I've been FICA'ed before (on your MTN/Cellphone contract/ADSL & Hosting,however now they require it again.

Why is no one getting back to me?
