No feedback

I placed an order for fiber from afrihost a month ago. At first they were very quick to respond and confirm that they are struggling to plot my address. I gave them my exact address and since then I do not receive any feedback. I moved into a new home and I have been a client with afrihost for many years and always spoke about them with praise and referred my friends.

For the first time I am disappointed in their service as I am without internet for a month due to lack of feedback from afrihost. I always have to follow up and if I am lucky I get a general response, they are just not providing proper feedback to confirm the status of my order. At this point it just feels like they forgot about me and do not really care.

If this is not resolved in the next week I will just have to take my service elsewhere and say goodbye to Afrihost as a very unhappy customer. #DAR- ********** 8
