No feedback

My router wifi connection is not working. I have phoned Afrihost several times, however all feedback I get is that they are waiting for Cell C to provide feedback. With that said I was also advised that the package I am currently on will no longer be active from March 2020 as Cell C is cancelling them. I paid for a 10 gig top up with my monthly cost, however I am unable to use the data. No one can provide me with feedback.
