No Exciting service from Afrihost

I have a dedicated server with afrihost. On 01/07/204 i requested that they check why i only have 4Gb ram on my server as i am paying for 8Gb ram on the server. They responded saying that i have to wait for the hardware team to do an investigation on why the server only have 4GB ram on it. On Friday 05/07/2024 i discover that the server is offline and there was no explanation why it was offline. I have send a mail and made numerous calls to them regarding the server and no one can tell me when it will be online. there is no customer service as they just don't communicate with me to resolve the server being offline. I have a client that aspect me to have this server up and running but afrihost do not com back on this and this is really bad business.
