No ETA on when we can supply the service that you are paying for.

Being a current DSL customer I was informed by email that Fiber is now available in our area and that a great double speed promo is currently running etc. So I opted to sign on and switch to fiber when 2 weeks later after my 3rd follow up I was informed that the fiber infrastructure was not yet ready!!! WTAF? So lets make a quick buck with false advertising? Gian Visser, you can engage with me if you really care about your customers or else I WILL cancel all current subscriptions and take my business elsewhere. At least I will get what I pay for, no lies attached.
