No emails for a week and NO help from Afrihost (service provider)

<p>Our company has logged formal complaints with AFRIHOST the past week since our incoming server dont allow any mails coming in. Absolutely shocking support from AFRIHOST. Just getting standard copy and paste answers. No one interested in our problem, in spite of it being escalated to their "abuse team". </p> <p> </p> <p>Defnitely moving to another service provider.</p>
