No Delivery or notes left for 3rd party Digital Planet

Once again i have reached out to support etc and received nothing back from afrihost. I asked for delivery for my LTE to be done before 3pm as i work evenings. Afrihost left no reminders for Digital Planet, So when i go the sms that it will be done today i took a half day to be home, NO ONE ARRIVED or called let me know why no one was coming. Afrhihost support emails etc never responded, i called in 15 times each time said i was 1st in line then jumped up to 30th in line. Afrihost is the worst provider i have ever used and i am only with them because it takes too much time to move... I am aware this was to be fullfilled my digital planet but afrihost did not give them the requests i asked for nor did they contact me back or reply to my support responses.
