No delivery of my package

It has been a week and I have not received my router when we had agreed on a delivery date. I am the one following up with dawnwing who has sent my package twice to Nelspruit . Afrihost “support agents” are telling me there is nothing they can do!!! Now afrihost is closed for the weekend and no one can assist me with my router delivery or even a way forward!!! Talk about Terrible first impression. Should take my business to Vox!
