No delivery of my Fixed Wireless LTE Router

The order process of my Rain Fixed Wireless was effortless. Sure the router I wanted was out of stock and on back order by that is okay, I was happy to wait, but once it was in stock that is when wheels started to fall off the wagon. I don't care who is doing the delivery or who is supplying the devices, but bought through Afrihost. YOU are my point of contact. Poor communication and no specific details about the delivery were communicated to me meaning I could not follow up on my delivery. The delivery address was garbled when the courier company asked me to confirm. How can the address be so garbled when I typed it into a form.... there is no room for error there! Then on Wednesday I get a phone call to say they will deliver the next day (Thursday/yesterday). I told the person on the phone, 16:30 was the latest I would be at the delivery address (my office). Yesterday I waited and waited until 17:20, meaning I had to cancel my next appointment. No courier company - what a suprise! NOT! This (Friday) morning, I get an SMS saying "Unfortunately, we could not reach you and therefor were unable to deliver your LTE-Advance order".... WHAT?!! NO NO... where were you? I met MY END OF THE DEAL... BEING AVAILABLE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS FROM 8:00 until 17:00, YOU DID NOT!!!
