No Delivery, and blames me for not being at work at 18h00

Good day,

My LTE advanced item has been dispatched, but can never be couried to me because the couriers are never at the premises between 9h00 and 17h00.

The delivery address is set at my work, and if they can not make it in time, they should not blame the customer for not being present.

They made a note that the customer did not answer but i have no log of such call being made, except the call made in the mornings to confirm my address. Then delivery is never made, and they blame me for not answering.

This is the second day delivery has been missed by them, and afrihost has informed me that the 3rd time will result in my order being cancelled. I find this being a Huge problem, as it is not me missing the delivery if the delivery is not being made in the set hours of business.
