NO DELIVERY

Ordered a Router from Afrihost, told that they have a backlog of deliveries and that I could pick up the router at their offices. When I went to pick up the router at their offices which I had already confirmed again to ensure availability prior to picking it up. Upon arriving at their offices after waiting 45min I was told that it had been despatched and would be delivered the next day.

NEXT DAY - nothing was delivered. One week later, nothing delivered. Phoned them and they said it was delivered to Michelle the receptionist, that is not our receptionist.

Phoned them again, they don't know why it wasn't delivered, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Useless, *********** company. Wasted our time and money!
