No delivery

I signed up for a wireless lte data contract in November 2017 with Afrihost, I was informed by Afrihost that they were out of stock with the routers, and I should receive my delivery the week before Christmas, Christmas had come and gone, so I sent an email to afrihost enquiring about stock and was informed that I would get it just before the new year. We now into 2018 and after 2 emails and 4 calls to Afrihost and 2 calls to the courier company and still no router. For a first time customer, the service is terrible, First impressions last.
