No debit order - big problem
My business is small and I don't receive payments regularly and for this reason, I cannot support debit orders for suppliers. It also means I don't qualify to get a credit card.<br> <br> Afrihost isn't even willing to consider budging on their payment terms. I've explained my position more times than I care to count and, despite the payments being received happily, I'm still told that I'm \not allowed"to pay via EFT.<br> <br> This leaves me with literally no options for paying them. We have been very understanding, however you have blatantly refused to abide by our payment terms. Also, you have made several remarks in public and via private message which our team have found personally offensive.
By the strict letter of our agreement, as per contractual terms, you agreed to provide valid payment details and ensure that funds are available to be debited. You have violated this agreement by not doing and further insisting on using a payment method which is not acceptable as clearly explained in our terms and several times to you in person.
We are always sad to lose a client, but clearly we are unable to accommodate your business needs, and we can only wish you the best going forward with you new service provider.
