No customer service or communication

For the best ISP in the country , there is no customer service. I moved offices and a month before the date decided to order fiber and Voip services from one provider to keep it simple...and based upon previous good experiences from Afrihost. Voip phones and fiber router delivered. A few days before our move I followed up on the fiber install - there was an issue. They dont do fiber for small businesses. No communication to the fact. So I changed to LTE. They came to collect the fiber router ad then took the phones as well. SO today the office moves - no internet, no phones and no communication or feedback on my queries
