No customer service

The system does not allow me to give zero rating but that is what I want to give to Afrihost. Been with them through TT connect for 10 months now. Have had downtime’s thrice in these ten months and the current experience has been the worst so far. No connectivity since 7 days. WhatsApp help doesn’t have a clue what to fix. I keep getting advised that it’s a TT connect issue but have not so far been able to deal with it or have an explanation as to what exactly the fault is. You cannot call them But can book a call back and the call back never comes after once. Everyone in my street is with TT connect and no one else has an issue. Today desperate to get work done I call TT connect with the reference number I have been given from afrihost and am told the line was canceled. Whoa!!! What how when where, would someone from afrihost pls bother to explain why ???? But wait, there is no way I can get hold of them !!!! Absolutely pathetic in this day and age of technology. Totally unacceptable service from afrihost
