No customer service and no data service

<p>Last week Monday the Afrihost APN went down. After it came back online, my sim card remained off. After numerous calls to afrihost the support agent said that my number needed to be reset. Yet that night again it stopped working. They then said it needed to be reset again but yet again it stopped. Every night since it has stopped working, I have emailed as well as called numerous times only to be told that the account had been reset. It works for a few hours and then fails again. I have now been told it is losing communication because the router is being reset, but that is me restarting it after the connection fails yet again. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do not use afrihost. They are horrible and they do not know how to fix there own services. </p>
