No customer service

No assistance from accounts or support for an entire week. I was overcharged and nobody seems to give 2 hoots. I want a refund and will be going to the ombusdman now as this is not the first time they ignored me when i had a problem. Hopefully Afrihost management will do something about the lack of customer service if the matter is taken to the next level.
