No customer service

Wanted to purchase a dsl package from them but after trying their chat to an agent live chat plugin and no-one responding after trying to connect 6 times makes me wonder about their after sales service. I'm a web developer and host many clients websites with other hosting providers. I'm also a lecturer and often students ask me what is the best service provider fro hosting a website and I will never recommend Afrihost.
