No customer care

I have been with Afrihost for very long after making my payment my account was blocked, I requested them to contact me and unblock my account I am able to access the account but it is still not working and no one has phoned me up to date, my account number with Afrihost is ***, I am seriously not happy as I have been a client for more than 2 years with them
