I have ordered online and was promised delivery and installation within a week.

I have sent 4 emails, and have called numerous times. Every time holding for more than 20 minutes, and then my airtime runs out. Who will pay this bill of R260 I have wasted on listening to your call center music? Why don't you answer my emails??

When are the products being delivered and installation being finalized?

Please man!!! This is terrible service and I'm not even a client yet!!!
