No connection no help

I have been trying to get help since 5pm regarding my router not connecting to the internet - phone lines are not on, WhatsApp help hasn't responded to my chat since 5pm, email tickets don't respond when I say that their solutions aren't working. Please do better Afrihost since you know how to take the debit order every month.
