No connection for 7 days

I’ve been without an internet connection for 7 days. No amount of reaching out to Afrihost has helped - they’ve **** saying they’d get back to me in 48 hours, they’d send me an email, they’ve escalated to Vumatel, they've escalated to Fibre Ops, etc. all of which have turned out to be blatant lies because the problem persists, not one person has reached out or provided feedback and when I follow up none of their agents can actually tell me what the issue is. They simply do not care. My monthly fee is paid up yet I’ve spent more than that buying data in order to personal hotspot just so that I can get *some* work done. Pure Internet Lies. Unacceptable!
