No Connection.

They offer such fast, uncapped, unshaped lines however it would help if I actually was connected. Got connected by Openserve through Afrihost which was a pain to begin with but eventually happened. Then took me 24hours & 3 phone calls and an email to Afrihost to be told how to connect the router correctly. Had internet for less than 24 hours before there was then a fault on the line. Afrihost is so **** scared of Openserve for some reason you cant get any feedback from them regarding the line or when Openserve is actually going to fix the line. My contact is R667 pm to Afrihost. I have now been sitting with out internet for 48hours. I sure as hell hope Afrihost is only going to Debit me R624 or less this month.
