No compensation on Fees already paid when Issues occure

Looking through the Posts here, this is in vain - Afrihost does not even respond... Anyways - I have had issues on my Line every so often, once for 3 weeks, but paid the same Amount - Recently line was down for a week and a half and also requested to lodge a complaint on being reimbursed for the downtime and lag in performance was told because I Decided to cancel my service, should look at their LTE Packages. Really Sucky service lately.
