No communication or updates
I live in Faerie Glen, Pretoria and I app**** in August to have home fibre installed via Afrihost and Openserve. The modem was delivered shortly afterwards and then silence. I have queried this twice and I am not getting any feedback.

11 Dec 2017, 18:29Today OpenServe, who is responsible for the fiber connection on behalf of Afrihost, contacted me out of the blue and asked me if anybody was home so they can do the installation. This morning just before OpenServe contacted me I notified Afrihost that I will not be doing business with them. In my opinion, stay away from Afrihost.

29 Dec 2017, 13:28Afrihost was very quick to contact me re collecting the wifi router they had delivered previously. They collected it on Thursday 28/12/2017. If only their client on boarding and customer service were so good I may have become a client. Stay away from them!

29 Dec 2017, 13:36I signed up with Level7 in the meantime. Friendly, efficient and fast. Uncapped, unthrottled and unshaped with no Fair Usage Policy at very competitive prices.
