No clue how to deliver from point A to point B

Have no clue how to do a simple delivery.

These guys are clueless. How been contacting daily of getting a router delivered. Every day is a different excuse. Two days ago. Can't get collected. Yesterday. Nothing. Today wrong address. Then try to email their support and just given promises. I had to pay R250 delivery fee and more than a week later it has not been delivered.

Support just makes empty promises

Try to email the delivery company email address and it says relay isn't supported. It is impossible to hold them accountable.
