no cellphone connection for over a week

I have always had great service from Afrihost and never imagined having to turn to hellopeter about them... my phone was ****** last week and I have an Afrihost mobile account they said to come into their Rivonia office to do a sim swap which I did even though had to take the morning off only to be told they couldn't help me I must go to MTN but the worst part is it's been almost a week since I got the new sim and I still don't have data connection I have been on the line with them for hours and tried everything and nothing helps I'm still stuck now with no connection they keep telling me it is been escalated and someone will contact me but I'm still waiting.....
